Affirmations

Below are a few affirmations from It Takes a Woman to Empower Women.

Negative self-talk is constantly swirling around in our heads. It’s so easy to believe what we say to ourselves.

But you can change that narrative by having some new, very simple ideas to replace the negative thoughts. It starts by being aware of those negative thoughts and saying: “Hey, that’s just a thought, and I can think a different one.”

This takes practice, but don’t give up. It can change the way you think about yourself! Below are a few affirmations that you can use to create new beliefs. Feel free to edit, change, or add to the affirmations depending on what feels best for you.
