About Self Care

Self-care is anything you do to take care of yourself, so you are nourished on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Self-care isn’t only about easy and fun activities; it is also about the deep work of healing trauma and rewriting your inner narratives and beliefs. However, the intention is always the same.

The work we do to take care of ourselves comes from the core belief that we are worthy of being healthy and happy. We are worthy of our own love, care, and affection.
